Antonio McKee is responsible for the fundamental weight loss program that Bodyshop Fitness and Spa is known for. He is not only a decorated MMA fighter as a member of the IFL Sabres, he has trained some of the world top MMA athletes. UFC’s Rampage Jackson, Pride’s Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic, Vitor Belfort, Yves Edwards, and many others have all commissioned Antonio to teach them his undefeatable takedown and ground technique. He is also the the head wrestling coach for the Warriors Wrestling program. He is a 3x CA state champion and the only wrestler in CA history to go undefeated 4 years with a record of 164-0.

Tracy Hess is the founder of Subfighter Training Academy Inc., Tracy is a veteran in the sport of MMA, participating in King of The Cage, Shooto, Warriors Quest, Gladiators Challenge and Kage Combat. Tracy comes with a wealth of experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as he earned his brown belt under Chris Brennan and Jeremy Williams.

Torey Perry is a triple threat being a kickboxing instructor, personal fitness trainer, and kenpo karate expert. His approach to fitness is to achieve through discipline and humor. He believes, "Fitness should be an exciting- fun part of your life you look forward to, not dread." He has also been a kenpo karate instructor for 14yrs.  His martial arts skill and knowledge has allowed him to guard several celebrities, Jay-Z to the Dali Lama; and he is a 2007 Black Belt Hall of Fame inductee.  He offers private instruction in kenpo and personal training for weight and body fat loss or to put on some muscle...all with a smile.
